Returns & Cancellations
1. Wholesale orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, except where goods are faulty or incorrect upon delivery.
1.2. Faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of receipt. We may request images and, where necessary, the return of goods for inspection before issuing a replacement or credit.
1.3. Returns must be authorised by us in writing before they are sent back.
1.4. Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, unless agreed in writing. Special/custom orders are strictly non-cancellable.
